He was predeceased by: his parents, Cedell Reeder and Lovie Reeder; his stepfather Leontse Key; his brothers, Buford, Alonzo, Ladon, Wayne and Jerry; his brother-in-law James Pittman; and his grandson Sean Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Faye Gunter Reeder; his children, Charlie Eugene "Gene" Reeder (Diane) and Nora Faye Thompson (Jeff); his sister Betty Pittman; his grandchildren, Betty (John), Bryan (Angie), Mindy, Chris (Terri), Jeff (Kristin), Traci (Andrew), Adam (Lyndi) and Heather Smith; and his great grandchildren, Hudson, Addy, Natalie, Wyatt, Sutton, Aubrey, Slade, Kinsley, Bradley, Blake, Colton, Zoe and Harper. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
