He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Harvel Johnson and Leola Johnston Johnson; and his brother Harvel Eugene Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Johnson; his sister-in-law Sharon Spann (Ronnie); his children, Cindy Adams (Joe), Tracy Mills and Phillip Johnson (Gina); his grandchildren, Ryan Jenkins (Leigh), Hobby Mills, Morgan Johnson (Logan), Dr. Caylor Johnson (Ryan) and Carter Hudson (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Ashley Jenkins, Silas Jenkins, Ansel Krafthefer and Beau Hudson. He is also survived by several extended family and caring friends.
