He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Hearn and Gladys Allred Hearn; and his siblings, Barbara Hearn, Pat Hearn Yokeley, Edwin Franklin Hearn and Charles Hearn.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Wooten Hearn of Smiths Station, AL; his children, Amanda Anne Washington (Stanley) of Jackson, GA, Charles Richard Hearn (Cindy) of Hampton, GA, Robert Edwin Hearn (Elaine) of Stewart, GA, Billy Hearn, Jr. of Louisville, KY, Linda Marie Wadkins (Bobby) of Smiths Station, AL and Christie Renee McKemie (Mike) of Valley, AL; and his siblings, Janell Oldenburg (Ron) of Smiths Station, AL and Lamar Hearn of Smiths Station, AL. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
