She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lloyd Hill and Lilly Juanice Brown Hill; and her brother Ronald L. Hill. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Westbrook of Smiths Station, AL; her children, Becky Flowers (Chris) of Smiths Station, AL and Randy Allen Westbrook of Columbus, GA; and her grandchildren, Joy Flowers and Cody Flowers (Madison Fisk).
