She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael J. Haag and Margaret B. Haag; and her husband William Lorne Kokowicz. She is survived by: her children, Michael Kokowicz (Julie) and Cheryl Lang; her grandchildren, Joel Lang, Amy Austin (Staci), Sara Hale (Chris) and Destiny Hampton; her great grandchildren, Brock, Jaxon Hale, Marissa Mailhot and Allyson Layfield; and her caregiver Fay Whale. She is also survived by several extended family and caring friends.
