He was predeceased by: his parents, William Talmadge "Tal" and Gladys Owens Sellers; and his brother Gary Sellers. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Sellers; his children, Jennifer Welk (Frank), Kristie Gibson (Michael), Tal Sellers, Mandy Norris (Bryan) and Jason Mercer; his grandchildren, Sammi Jo Hill (Kevin), Anna Moncrief (Brandon), Blake Gibson, Sellers Gibson, Talan Sellers, Hunter Mercer (Nickole) and Maddie Norris; his great grandchildren, Judson, Sloan, Marx Hill and Adler Moncrief; his siblings, Joyce Smith (Steve), Earl Sellers and Sandra Gerleman; and his close friend Robert Richie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wicksburg Assembly of God Church (887 AL-103, Slocomb, AL 36375). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
