He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Buford and Nita Clyde Brannon Bass; his brother Glen Dale Bass; and his wife Mary Burns Bass. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicky Lee Dawson, Linda Kay Lee, Cynthia Rae Fix and Katherine Marie McCormick; his siblings, Linda Fay Laugen and Leon Lamar Bass; and his former wife Joan Marie Rewalt Bass. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
