He is survived by: his wife Sue Carroll; his children, Samantha Phelps (Bobby), Aaron Carroll (Ashley), Chad Andrews (Crystal) and Heath Andrews; his grandchildren, Cayleb Andrews, Penelope Phelps, Chloe Andrews, Lily Carroll, Elizabeth Phelps and Chayden Andrews; and his brothers, Ken Carroll (Elaine) and Richard Carroll. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.
