He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene S. Ford and Frances Lucile Huff Ford; and his great grandchild Kindred Ford. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Annette Ford; his children, Belinda Ann Ford, Thomas E. Ford and Anthony D. Ford; his grandchildren, Thomas R. Azar, Michael Azar, Tiffany Ford Edwards and Trent Ford; and his great grandchildren, Hayden Ford, Mila Ford, Ava Ford and Samuel Swanson.
