With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lena Faye Eubanks of Slocomb, Alabama, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on March 13, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Kornegay and Audrey Yarber Kornegay; her grandson Wesley Eubanks; and her sister Shirley Culbertson. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Eubanks; her children, Jenny Eubanks Ray (Danny), Charles Wesley Eubanks Birmingham (Maria), Jonathan Eubanks (Kaylee), Kevin Hornsby (Heidi) and Bobby Jackson; her grandchildren, Sarah Kathryn, Olivia, Robert, Logan, Jake, Trent, Alexa, Brooklyn and Wesley Kire; and her sister Mary Lou Weeks. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
