He was predeceased by: his father Junior Haywood; and his brother Hayward Peleiholani. He is survived by: his wife Starla Kornegay Shoupe; his sons, Brandon Shoupe (Brooke), Clayton Shoupe (Rachel) and Patton Shoupe (Kaylen); his grandchildren, Ethan Shoupe, Sara Shoupe, Cole Shoupe, Taylor Shoupe, JT Shoupe and Porter Shoupe; his siblings, Lorri Shoupe Hughes (Dennis) and Lynn Shoupe; and his siblings-in-law, Krystal Devine (Steve) and Steven Kornegay (Kay). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family friends.
