He was predeceased by: his father David Randall Avery. He is survived by: his wife Beth Avery; his mother Jeanette Avery; his children, Wendy Avery Morgan (Bill), Carrie Knight, Jennifer Kirk (Jayson), Jamey Avery (Teisha) and Jeremy Smith (Kimberley); his grandchildren, Anthony Rogers, Madison Johnson, Bradley Stewart, Fisher Smith, Finnley Smith, Elora Smith, Natalie Kirk, Samuel Kirk, Jacob Kirk Daniel Knight, Abby Knight, Avery Morgan, John Morgan, Michael Morgan and Layne Avery; and his brother David Avery. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family request that contributions be made to The Adult Men's Missions Fund at Slocomb First Baptist Church, 225 North Dalton Street, Slocomb, AL 36375 or the charity of your choice in memory of Wayne.
