He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Gayle Zamboni; and his parents, Alta Jane Pate and Joseph Louis Zamboni. He is survived by: his daughter Connie Forbes (Danny); and his grandchildren, Douglas Howell, Kylee Chavers (Johnnie) and Gina Godby (Cameron). He is also survived by his eight great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, any donation can be given to his GoFundMe to cover his final expenses.
