He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lee and Juanita Quattlebaum Lee. He is survived by: his wife Mary Dansby Lee; his daughters, Becky Blackburn of Malvern and Wanda Jo Lee of Malvern; his grandchildren, Wendy Boutwell (Wayne), Dustin Lee (Jessica) and Shelby Blackburn (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Alexa Jade Boutwell, Marigrace Boutwell, Charlianna Boutwell, DJ Lee, Lyndsey Lee and Taylor Lee. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
