Janie Baxley Spivey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janie Baxley Spivey of Slocomb, Alabama, who passed away on February 17, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Jim Baxley; her son Donny Bolin; and her brother David Baxley. She is survived by: her husband Donald Spivey; her grandchildren, Cheyanne Bolin, Laramie Bolin and Dallas Dowsey (Drew); her stepsons, Chuck Spivey (Christy) and Donald Wade Spivey; her stepgrandchildren, Mary Charles Spivey, Harrison Spivey and Lucy Spivey; and her sister JoAnne Smith (Jimmy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family request that contributions be made to Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 2376 Grady Garner Road, Slocomb, AL 36375 in memory of Mrs. Spivey.
