He is survived by: his sister-in-law Kim; his wife Linda Veljar Johnson; his children, Darlean Johnson Gibson (Gary), Leslie Johnson Broxton (Jason) and James Ronald Johnson, Jr. (Janet); his grandchildren, Michael Gibson (Taylor), Haylee Gibson, Nick Broxton, Matt Broxton and Drew Broxton; his brother Tim Johnson; his uncle Melvin Gilley; and his aunt Alice Nicholson. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
