He was predeceased by: his father Edward Risk; and his brother Jeffrey T. Risk. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Risk Lucas, Chauntell Risk, Stephanie C. Henry (Rick) and Matthew Risk (Sarah); his siblings, Michael R. Risk, Stephen D. Risk (Linda) and Carol D. Jordan (Ronnie); and his close friend Rachelle Dwyer. He is also survived by many beautiful grandchildren and other family members and special friends.
