He was predeceased by: his parents, James Weldon and Ammie Ruth Farmer Tindell; and his wife Betty Tindell. He is survived by: his children, Kim Welsh (Troy), Michael Ray Tindell and James Tindell (Amber); his grandchildren, Braelyn Tindell, Julianna Tindell, Brittney Ringstad and Tyler Welsh; his great grandchildren, Caleb Stalnaker and Cohen Ringstad; and his siblings, Faye and Paul Tindell (Norma). He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
