He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. England and Lois M. Kell England; and his brother Tommy England. He is survived by: his significant other Joan Bateman; and his siblings, Debbie England, Frank England (Liz) and Sam England (Long). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
