He is survived by: his children, Robert Perkins (Cheryl) of Tampa, FL, Edward Perkins (Marilyn) of Dothan, AL, Bucky Perkins of Xenia, OH, Steffanie Morris of Daleville, AL and Celeste Welejski (Mike) of Dothan, AL; and his grandchildren, Taylor Perkins, Kayla Perkins, Blake Perkins, Samantha Perkins, Michael Perkins, Rebecca Morris, Jamey Perkins, Gracie Perkins, Kylie Welejski and Ellie Welejski. He is also survived by other extended family and friends.
