She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaston Hugh and Addie Dovie Simmons McCallister. She is survived by: her children, Saundra Walters and Robert Armstrong; and her sister Evelyn Waters. She is also survived by two grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the New Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.
