She was predeceased by: her parents, Artice Pippins and Mary Idaliah Pippins; her son Allan Buford Segars; and her brother Joseph L. Pippins. She is survived by: her husband Bennie B. Segars; her son Ricky Segars; her granddaughters, Sabrina Peters (Matt) and Samantha Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie Taylor and Caleb Taylor.
