She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Newton Strickland and Ruby Hughes Strickland; her husband Gene Snell; her sister Margaret Lenora Strickland Dean; her grandson Daniel Logan Grantham; and her brother Herman Strickland.
She is survived by: her daughter June; her son-in-law Rickey Grantham; her son Dr. Bob of Skipperville; her daughter-in-law Sherri Snell of Skipperville; and her grandchildren, Becky Reed (Trip), Rachel Snell, Dr. Wesley Snell (Randi), Amy Shaw and Emily Wilson.
