She is survived by: her son Michael Melton; her daughter-in-law Melody Melton of Skipperville; her grandchildren, Randy Sexton, Brandy Sexton of Carol Key, Michael Jarrett Melton, Jr. of Goldsboro and Monica Melton Hernandez of Decatur, Illinois; her great grandchildren, Nathan Sexton, Ethan Sexton, Makayla Brighton, Christie Batten and Jacob Batten; her great great grandchild Madison Brighton; and her sister Joyce Reed of McMinnville.
