She was predeceased by: her father Franklin Phillips; her stepfather Philip Joseph Duncan; her grandparents, Bobby Lee and Jeanette Tilley; her aunt Cindy Lee Tilley; and her stepgrandfather Robert Duncan.

She is survived by: her children, Cody Alan Enfinger, Caleab Andrew Bracewell, Kaylee Elizabeth Bracewell of Ozark and Kayden Elise Blevins of Ozark; her mother Stephanie DeLoach Duncan; her stepgrandmother Jennifer Marie Duncan; and her grandchildren, Bae Elizabeth Enfinger and Braylen James Bracewell. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by giving a floral arrangement to the church of the donor's choice.
