He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Jenkins and Jenny Bell Wright Jenkins; his wife Helen Creel Jenkins; and his daughter Ann Jenkins. He is survived by: his son James C. Jenkins (Talma); his stepchildren, Sonny Creel (Ann) and Norma Creel Burleson; and his grandsons, James Todd Jenkins (Kristan) and Kevin Lee Jenkins (Lori). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
