He was predeceased by: his parents, Parnell "Gayle" Phillips and Betty Joyce Phillips; his grandparents, George, Mardie Phillips and Warren Owens; his aunt Dianne Arnold; his uncles, Roger Phillips, Larry Phillips, James Wilson and Grady Wilson; and his cousins, Joshua Gayle Phillips, Rachael Phillips and Pam Owens Jett.
He is survived by: his son Brock Morrow; his grandmother Doris Owens; his sister Lisa Leighton (Kenny); his nieces, Katelyn Marie Dickerson, Katherine Gail Leighton and Holly Beard; his nephew Kacy Farley; and his aunts and uncles, Randy Phillips (Debbie), Kenneth Owens (Freda), Susan Morton, Ginnie Chairo and Georgia Soliday (Jerry).
