She is survived by: her children, Robert Earl Childress (Chris) of Silverhill, AL, John L. Childress (Mary), Pearl Diana Pitts (Allen) of Silverhill, AL, Mary Ann Childress of Silverhill, AL and Joice Kent (Wayne) of Silverhill, AL. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
