He was predeceased by: his daughter Irene Danielle Trupp. He is survived by: his wife Heidi Childress of Silverhill, AL; his children, Linda Bell (George) of San Angelo, TX and John Childress (Susan) of LaCombe, LA; and his siblings, Joyce Brown of Tyler, TX and Phillip Childress. He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
