He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Lamar Reed and Lowrelle "Pat" Britt Reed; and his father-in-law Paul V. Sumrall. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Sumrall Reed of Silas, AL; his siblings, Franklin Lamar "Frank" Reed (Lynn) of Ft. Morgan, AL and Carol Sue Reed Savage (Phil) of Fairhope, AL; his sister-in-law Janet Guthrie (Glenn) of SoSo, MS; his mother-in-law Sarah Stokley Sumrall of SoSo, MS; and his grandson Dawson Rayborn of SoSo, MS. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
