He is survived by: his wife Judy Worsham Baxter; his children, Otis Franklin Baxter, Jr. (Ann) of Cullomburg, AL and Teresa Nugent (Donny) of Jena, LA; his stepdaughters, Sonia Worsham May (Anthony), Kathy Worsham and Tiffany Worsham McVay (David); and his sister Bobbie Morrow of Chatom, AL.. He is also survived by 13 siblings, two grandchildren; six step grandchildren; two great grandchildren; seven step great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
