She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Johnson and Ophelia Johnson; her son Michael Jackson Chadwick; and her grandson Jackson Lane Chadwick. She is survived by: her husband James B. "Pete" Chadwick of Silas, AL; her children, James Cecil Chadwick (Andrea) of Silas, AL, Chad Chadwick (Laura) of Silas, AL, Daniel Chadwick (Renee) of Gilbertown, AL and Lynn Bush of Gilbertown, AL; her siblings, Bobby Narron (Barbara) of Butler, AL and Pat Sammons (Robert) of Linden, AL; her grandchildren, Amber Collins (Lee), Joshua Chadwick (Lacy), Jessica Guin (Tyler), Paige Allen (Jess), Macy Boykin (Nic), Leighanna Chadwick, Zachary Chadwick, Dayton Taylor, Evan Poole and Paige Lathan; and her great grandchildren, Emma Grace, Colt, Parker Chadwick, Caroline, Sam Collins, Benjamin, Anniston Lynn, Baby G Guin, Beth Chadwick, Linda Claire Allen and Huey Boykin.
