He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Perry Worsham and Myrtle Hope Burford Worsham; and his siblings, William Otis "Bill" Worsham and Jessie Faye Worsham Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ezell Worsham of Cullomburg, AL; his children, Joseph Dwayne Worsham (Sarah) of Gilbertown, AL, James Patrick Worsham (Amy) of Cullomburg, AL and Angela Worsham Roberts (Mark) of Barrytown, AL; his sister Ollie Inez Worsham Frost of Cullomburg, AL; and his grandchildren, Landrum Markus Roberts (Cara), Lyrick Lee Roberts and Blayden Patrick Worsham.
