He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Wilson Raines and Julie Lavada Stanley Raines; and his brothers, Robert Raines and Johnny Earl Raines. He is survived by: his wife Betty Todd of Silas, AL; his children, James Todd of Silas, AL, Gail McGuire (Jimmy) of Collinsville, MS and Ninah Kay Nemith of Tick Falls, LA; and his siblings, George Raines of Silas, AL and Sarah Wilson of Silas, AL..
