He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie "Bill" Williams and Edna Earl Duffy Williams; and his sister Rita Williams. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn McIlwain Williams of Silas, AL; his daughter Kyla Williams Pratt (Mike) of Livingston, AL; his brothers, Perry Williams of Petal, MS, Terry Williams of Silas, AL and Tom Williams of Frankville, AL; and his granddaughter Britteny Caroline Pratt.
