He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Donald Lindsey of Silas, AL; his daughters, Jo Ann Lindsey Stafford (Ronnie) of Silas, AL and Eulisse Lindsey Raines of Silas, AL; and his siblings, Roy Lindsey of Silas, AL, Troy Lindsey (Kathy) of Silas, AL, Floyd Lindsey of Silas, AL, Lloyd Lindsey of Silas, AL, Voncille Holifield of Waynesboro, MS, Nelda Sikes of Silas, AL, LouNell Logan of Gilbertown, AL, Lillie Beth "Tiny" Jenkins (James) of Gilbertown, AL, Mary Taylor of Silas, AL and Charlotte Stokley (Jimmy) of Millry, AL. He is also survived by six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Gilbertown Church of God (3666 Barrytown Rd, Gilbertown, AL 36908). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
