She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Janie Ophelia Brantley Matheny; her husband James "Rex" Singley; and her son James Marvin Singley. She is survived by: her daughter Mary Jean Sparks (Steve) of Hendersonville, TN.; her grandchildren, Brandon Shane Sparks and Gina Marie Sparks; her great grandchildren, Briana Elyse Sparks Foster, Taylor Alana Sparks, Jailin Savannah Sparks and Caleb August Sparks-White; and her great great grandchild Elias Tate Foster.

This gracious lady left us after her bout with Dementia and Alzheimer from this earth to heaven peacefully.
