He was predeceased by: his parents, R. J. Cook and Mary Jane Stokley Cook; and his siblings, Willie "Beebe" Buchanan and Lillian Sikes. He is survived by: his brother Jesse Kennon Cook of Mobile, AL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
