She was predeceased by: her parents, Eddie Gilmore and Mauvleen Coggins Fleming; and her sister Brenda Gilmore Raines. She is survived by: her husband Chan Segrest of Shorter; her daughters, Tona Montgomery Justice (John) of Madison, MS and Melissa Blue Peterson (Derek) of Helena, AL; her stepdaughters, Sandra Kay Segrest Conner (Jack) of Shorter and Christine Segrest of Shorter; and her grandchildren, Leighton Justice, Carter Peterson, Avery Peterson and Shelby Conner.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bradford's Chapel United Methodist Church.
