It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Gordon Davey Jr. of Shelby, Alabama, who passed away on July 18, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Floyd Davey; and his children, Stan Davey, Joseph Scott Woodman, Kimberly Davey Kemp (Bobby) and Kelly Davey Lagrone (Barry). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alabama Baptist Children's Home.
