He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Davis and Lessie Davis of Shelby, Alabama. He is survived by: his wife Martha Harless Davis; and his children, Greg Davis (Cindy), Susan Evans (Bob), Phillip Davis (Heather) and Cheryl Riley (Terry). He is also survived by Papa has 8 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
