He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Jones; his parents, Grace Seales Jones and James Henry "Steamboat" Jones; and his siblings, Charles Jones (Mildred) and Mary Jo Reynolds.

He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Reed (David); and his granddaughter Emily Reed. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Bay Springs Cemetery Fund.
