He was predeceased by: his parents, William George Byerly and Virginia Jean Stokes Byerly; and his brother William Steve Byerly. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Blevins Byerly; his children, Sonja Jean Byerly Chapin, Tanya Lynn Byerly Lusco (Patrick) and Michael David Byerly (Hazel); his grandchildren, Shelli Leigh Chapin Morse (Patrick), Harley Nicole Chapin, Nathanial Trenton Lusco, Karma Jade Byerly, Kensli Ann Byerly, Virginia Abigail Lusco, Kylie Kay Byerly, Kaylee Lynn Byerly and Kyndra Josephine Byerly; and his great grandchildren, Jace Hudson Morse and Oakleigh Mae Morse.
