He was predeceased by: his mother Nellie Kent; and his brother Sonny Kent. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kent; his children, James Kent, Shane Kent (Megan) and Donna Cunningham (Bryan); and his sisters, Ann Mobley (Larry Kent), Brenda Whited (Dennis), Patricia Knox (Cissy McNish) and Donna Donahoo (Sherry Dodson). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
