She is survived by: her children, David Phillips (Debbie), Melinda White (William) and Chris Phillips (Jan); and her grandchildren, Victoria Tillery, David Tillery, Austin Phillips, Sean Tillery, Taylor Phillips and Emily Phillips. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
