He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clyde Sterling Kellum, Jr. and Mildred Augusta Cain Kellum; his wife Judy Chambers Kellum; his children, Anne Lugar (John) and Clyde S. "Kelly" Kellum; his grandsons, Brad Lugar (Chace), Andrew Kellum and Patrick Kellum; and his great grandchildren, Sterling and Brody Lugar.
