He was predeceased by: his father Charles Mills, Sr.; and his daughter-in-law Darling Mills. He is survived by: his wife Myrtice Mills; his children, Charles Edwin Mills, Joseph Mills, Jennifer Lynch, Chris Mills (Sharon Szczuka), Lisa Kauffman, Paul Croasdell (Heather), Jean Marie Rivers and David Trautsch; and his siblings, Cindy, Tillie and Greg. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
