He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Smith of Crossville, TN and Rena Todd (Scott) of Tuscumbia; his brother Thomas Smith of Florence; and his grandchildren, Skyler Allen, Breten Allen, Shelby Todd and Savannah Allen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
