She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lorraine and Lena Marie Kennedy; her husband Wilbert John Silvis; and her siblings, L. A. Kennedy and Marian Kennedy McCue.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marlene Gibbons, Linda Martin and Judy Crocket. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirty-four great grandchildren.
