He is survived by: his wife Amanda Harviel; his mother Zelda Wallace; his children, Thomas Harviel, III, Justin Wortham, Elrick Harviel and Lemmy Johnson (Robin); his siblings, Joseph Harviel (Stacy) and Judy Shelton (Curtis); and his grandchildren, Savage Johnson and Orrin Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
